1. Our mandate is education, and only education
WORTH FX SOLUTION exists to teach people how financial markets work and how disciplined traders manage risk. That is the entire scope of our business. We are not a broker, not a portfolio manager, not a registered investment adviser, and not a signal provider. We do not accept client funds for trading, do not trade on anyone's behalf, and hold no authority over any learner's trading account.
Every programme, report, workshop, and message we publish should be read as instructional material. If any communication issued in our name appears to recommend a specific transaction, treat it as unauthorised and report it to us.
2. What we will never do
- Promise, guarantee, or imply any profit, income, or minimum return.
- Publish buy or sell calls, tips, or trade signals for learners to copy.
- Accept money for trading, investment, or fund management of any kind.
- Ask for your trading account credentials, OTPs, or remote access to your device.
- Accept fees into a personal account or an unregistered payment channel.
- Advertise using screenshots of profits, income claims, or lifestyle imagery.
- Sell, rent, or trade your personal data.
- Pressure anyone into enrolling through artificial urgency or fear of missing out.
3. Marketing and communication conduct
Our marketing must be able to survive being read back to us. Concretely, that means every public claim we make about a programme is limited to what it teaches and how long it takes. We do not use testimonials that reference monetary gains, we do not present past market examples as indicative of future outcomes, and we carry a risk disclosure on the material that discusses trading.
Where a case study or historical chart is shown, it is identified as illustrative, dated, and — where relevant — includes examples in which the analysis was wrong. Teaching only from winning examples is a form of dishonesty, and we treat it as one.
4. Learner protections
- Written scope before payment. You receive the programme scope, duration, format, and fee in writing, on an invoice, before any amount is payable.
- Honest suitability advice. If we believe a programme is wrong for your level, your available time, or your expectations, we will tell you so and decline the enrolment rather than take the fee.
- No hidden charges. The invoice total is the amount payable. Nothing is added afterwards.
- Published refund terms. Refund eligibility is governed by our written Refund & Cancellation policy, which is available before you pay, not after.
- Content access as promised. Materials and session schedules are provided as described in your enrolment confirmation.
5. Faculty and analyst standards
Anyone teaching or publishing under our name is required to work from sourced, verifiable data, to disclose uncertainty rather than paper over it, and to present risk alongside every idea discussed. Trainers must not solicit funds from learners, must not offer to manage anyone's account, and must not enter into private trading arrangements with learners. Any breach of this is treated as a terminable matter.
6. Data protection
We collect the minimum personal data required for enrolment, record-keeping, and course communication. Verification documents are stored encrypted with access restricted to authorised staff, and are retained only for as long as our statutory obligations require. We never sell or rent personal data. You may request a copy of what we hold, correct inaccuracies, or ask for deletion of anything we are not legally obliged to keep. Full detail is set out in our Privacy Policy.
7. Conflicts of interest
We do not receive commissions, rebates, or referral payments from brokers for directing learners to them. Where we mention a platform or a data provider in teaching material, it is because it is commonly used or freely available — not because we are paid to name it. If that ever changes, the relationship will be disclosed in the material itself.
8. Complaints and grievance redressal
If something falls short, tell us. Write to the address published on our contact page with your name, enrolment reference, and a description of the issue. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within two working days and to resolve or provide a written position within fifteen working days. If the outcome does not satisfy you, you may escalate it in writing to the management for a final review.
9. Impersonation and fraud reporting
We are aware that education brands in this sector are routinely impersonated. If you are contacted by anyone claiming to represent WORTH FX SOLUTION who promises returns, requests payment into a personal account, or asks for account credentials, do not engage. Report it to us on the number published on this website so we can act, and preserve any messages or transaction references you have.
10. Your responsibilities as a learner
- Trading decisions and their consequences are entirely your own. Nothing taught here transfers that responsibility to us.
- Risk only capital you can afford to lose in full, and consider taking independent, licensed financial advice for decisions specific to your circumstances.
- Comply with the financial regulations that apply where you reside, including any restrictions on the products you may legally trade.
- Course materials are licensed to you personally. Recording, redistributing, or reselling them is prohibited.
11. Policy updates
This policy may be revised as our programmes and obligations evolve. Material changes will be reflected on this page, and enrolled learners will be notified through their registered email address.
12. The short version
We teach. We do not trade for you, we do not promise you money, and we do not touch your capital. Markets carry a genuine risk of loss, that risk stays with you, and any education provider unwilling to say so plainly is not one you should trust.
