Customer Care
Know Your Customer
Before anyone enrols in a paid programme, we verify who they are and confirm in writing what they are buying. Here is exactly what that involves, what we ask for, and what we will never ask for.
The four-step process
The whole sequence usually completes within one working day. Nothing is charged until step four is confirmed by you in writing.
Enquiry and eligibility
You speak with a counsellor about your background and objectives. If a programme is not appropriate for you — because of the level, the time commitment, or your stated expectations — we will say so at this stage rather than after payment.
Identity verification
We collect a government-issued photo identity document and proof of address. This confirms you are who you say you are, that you meet the minimum age requirement, and that our records are accurate.
Risk profile and acknowledgement
You complete a short risk-profiling questionnaire and sign an acknowledgement confirming you understand that our service is educational, that no returns are promised, and that trading carries a risk of loss.
Enrolment and record retention
Your enrolment is confirmed in writing with the programme scope, duration, and fee stated. Your documents are stored encrypted, access-restricted, and retained only for the period our records obligations require.

Our commitments on your data
We collect the minimum
We ask only for what enrolment and record-keeping genuinely require. We do not ask for your trading account credentials, your broker login, your bank passwords, or your portfolio holdings — and no member of our team will ever request them.
We never handle your money
KYC here is about verifying a learner, not onboarding an investor. We do not open accounts for you, do not accept funds for trading, and do not have any access to or authority over your trading capital.
Your documents stay encrypted
Verification documents are stored encrypted with access limited to authorised admissions staff. They are never sold, rented, or shared with brokers, advertisers, or any third party for marketing.
You can ask what we hold
Write to us and we will tell you exactly what personal data we hold about you, correct anything inaccurate, and delete what we are not legally required to retain.
Fraud warning
WORTH FX SOLUTION will never ask you for trading account passwords, OTPs, remote access to your device, or payment into a personal bank account or private wallet. We do not promise returns, we do not offer to trade on your behalf, and we do not operate through unofficial agents. If you receive such an approach in our name, do not engage — contact us directly on the number published on this site so we can act on it.
Common questions
Ready to begin verification?
Start with the risk-profiling questionnaire — it takes a few minutes and tells us which programme depth actually suits you before any documents change hands.
